1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@playxcity.xyz with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and ship them back to the address provided with your RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Processing the Return: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the returned item(s) to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges, and the returned item will be refunded, allowing you to repurchase the correct item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@playxcity.xyz with your order number and photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank or credit card account again. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@playxcity.xyz so we can assist you further.
