  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may take longer.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been processed and shipped. This email will include tracking details (if available) and an estimated delivery date.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs, including:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available in certain regions).
  • International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Areas: We currently only ship to the United States and selected international locations. For international shipments, please check if your country is supported during checkout.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after receiving the tracking number.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • High order volume during holidays or sales events

If your package is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@playxcity.xyz within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and assist in resolving the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a claim. We will provide you with a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

7. Shipping Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team at info@playxcity.xyz as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Free Shipping Promotions

  • From time to time, PLAYXCITY may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. These promotions will be clearly marked on the website or during checkout and may be subject to terms and conditions, such as a minimum purchase amount or geographic restrictions.

9. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. PLAYXCITY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
